If you wish to notify a change in your data held by the Register of Advisers, please:

• Click on the "Announce a change" button, to access your registration form,
• Modify your registration form,
• Once you have completed your changes, click the "Save and submit" button on the form, or "Submit" on your home page.

You will receive a confirmation email once you have submitted your modified form.
